Please join me for a one-hour online gentle yoga flow class on Zoom.
In this time when we're all spending so much time at home, and maybe too much time in front of your computer screens, I want to offer you an opportunity to tune into your mind and body with some gentle stretches.
If you've never practiced yoga before, or you have a regular practice, I invite you to join me for this all-level class. No experience is necessary, I'll talk you through all you need to know. No special props are needed.
Optional: yoga mat, blocks (or a few thick books or boxes), a blanket, or some sofa pillows.
